| DESCRIPTION |  On Sept 8th, 2011, The City of Tulsa will host the city's 1st Fashion’s Night Out. Started in 2009, FNO is a collaboration between Vogue, CFDA, NYC&CO and the City of New York. RETAILERS will open their doors for an evening of FASHION, FUN & exciting EVENTS. Fashion's Night Out is an all-day event.
